Diane Gonzales | President and CEO

Diane Gonzales, President and CEO, founded Netsync Network Solutions in 2002. She has grown the company to a multiregional IT consulting leader focused on client satisfaction, excellence, and fair business practices, while delivering the most innovative and sound solutions to Netsync’s clients. Under Diane’s guidance, Netsync established rock-solid relationships with Cisco and HP, leading to prestigious industry awards, such as Cisco’s 2014 SLED Education Partner of the Year and Break Away Partner of the Year US/Canada: South.

Khalid Abunaja

Khalid Abunaja | VP of Operations

Khalid Abunaja, VP of Operations, has been overseeing daily operations at Netsync since 2004 and is instrumental in Netsync’s strong organic growth across Texas and diverse verticals in the public and commercial sectors. Under his leadership, Netsync has grown to be one of the most respected VARs in the industry. Khalid leads the Netsync team’s efforts to optimize its IT services and best-of-breed solutions to meet the needs of an expanding client base. He earned a BS in computer science from the University of Houston.

Karl Houston

Karl Houston | Executive Director of Strategic Services

Karl Houston, Executive Director of Strategic Services, has more than 30 years’ experience building and leading professional services organizations including network engineering, program management, field services and supply chain. Karl studied Business Administration at Lamar University, Computer Technology at Control Data Institute and holds over 15 various industry certifications. He is focused on strategic services and an engagement framework that enables exceptional delivery of transformational solutions leveraging best-in-class technologies and talent.

Len Noble

Len Noble | Executive Sales Director

Len Noble, Central Texas Executive Sales Director, began his career in technology in 1999 with Cisco Systems. Early on at Cisco, he worked with both enterprise and public sector clients and then moved primarily to the SLED market. Before coming to Netsync, he had a successful career with a large Texas systems integrator. His experience and success at both a major manufacturer and a system integrator allows him to bring a unique leadership perspective to Netsync. He takes great pride in being a part of Netsync and truly appreciates working with a company that creates success for both its clients and employees. Len is also an avid outdoorsman and golfer and appreciates any competitive activity.

Jeff Barker

Jeff Barker | Executive Sales Director

Jeff Barker, North Texas Executive Sales Director, joined the Netsync team after over 12 years of experience with our largest manufacturing partner, Cisco Systems. Jeff’s industry experience working directly with enterprise and healthcare clients, navigating the reseller and partner community, and managing and motivating sales organizations is a valuable addition to the growing Netsync North Texas operation. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, maturity, and structure to our leadership team, with key job responsibilities in customer satisfaction, sales mentorship, and promotion of the Netsync brand. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University, and is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.

Kurt Sell

Kurt Sell | Regional Sales Director for Central Texas and Houston

Kurt Sell, Regional Sales Director for Central Texas and Houston, joined Netsync in 2018, and brings 25 years of sales and leadership experience in the technology field. Prior to Netsync, Kurt held sales and leadership positions with Cisco Systems where he focused on commercial, enterprise and public sector clients.  His achievements led to an induction into the Cisco Sales Hall of Fame. He is an inspirational leader with a laser focus on customer success. Kurt lives in Austin with his wife and daughter and enjoys travel, music and New England sports.

Beau Devillier

Beau Devillier | North Texas Sales Director

Beau Devillier, North Texas Sales Director, joined the company after more than eight years with Cisco Systems. His experience in the tech sector is diverse, from engineering to lead consulting to a product specialist and, finally, sales leadership with Netsync. Today, Beau manages the North Texas sales team across all verticals, bringing extensive experience in commercial and enterprise accounts, public sector and government. Beau served in the US Army as a combat medic and enjoys endurance sports and the outdoors, as well as working with organizations that promote wellness and support for our veterans.

Diana Berger

Diana Berger | Operations Manager, South/West Texas

Diana Berger, Operations Manager for South/West Texas, joined Netsync in 2015 with 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Her tenure as Director of Technology for a school district has served her well as she works with the Schools and Libraries E-rate Program, which she has done since its inception in 1998 as both an applicant and a service provider. Diana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Education in Educational Technology degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She currently serves on the board of a non-profit that provides animal-assisted therapy services to hospitals and serves on the board of the South Texas College Information Technology Advisory Committee since its inception.

Hugh Miller

Hugh Miller | Head of Innovation and Strategy

Hugh Miller, Head of Innovation and Strategy, has almost 30 years’ experience as an IT, Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Cybersecurity leader. He has held senior leadership positions in several industries, including technology startups, dotcom, insurance, utility, higher education, hospitality, and government. Most recently he was the CIO for the City of Dallas, where he overhauled the IT department and brought creative and innovative leadership to the city. Hugh has also served as the CIO and CTO for the City of San Antonio, where he pioneered many Smart City initiatives, including various Internet-of-Things (IoT) solutions, and acted as the innovation and cybersecurity leader for the city’s government. Hugh has been recognized by ComputerWorld as one of its Premier 100 IT Leaders, as San Antonio IT Leader of the Year, and by Tech Titan as Top Tech Executive.

Mark Lynd

Mark Lynd | Head of Digital Business

Mark Lynd (CISSP, ISSAP, ISSMP), Head of Digital Business, is a Top 25 ranked and recognized global thought leader, speaker, and practitioner for Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Data Center. Mark has served as a CIO, CTO, CISO, and/or Board Member for several global enterprises for the last 20+ years. Mark was named an Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of Year – Southwest Region” Finalist and presented the Doak Walker Award on ESPN’s Awards Show to a national television audience. He is, and has been, an in-demand thought leader and keynote or featured speaker for Oracle, IBM Watson, Cisco, Cohesity, Intel, and many organizations at numerous events. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tulsa and honorably served in the US Army in the 3rd Ranger Battalion & 82nd Airborne.

Shawn Sellers

Shawn Sellers | Director of Vendor Management

Shawn Sellers, Director of Vendor Management, has more than 20 years of experience in technology solutions and channel management from the leading OEMs in the Tech Industry. After growing Healthcare sales with Dell as a Healthcare Account Manager, he joined HP as one of its first Enterprise Development Representatives to support Commercial accounts, including the State of Illinois, the City of Chicago, and K-12 and Higher Education. Shawn moved to Texas to oversee Public Sector accounts, including the City of Houston and the University of Texas system. Moving into a channel management role while at HP, he was able to drive growth with premier partners, including Netsync. Shawn brings years of empirical experience and success to Netsync  and is actively pursuing strategic opportunities by cultivating partnerships and identifying new markets. Shawn graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in English and currently resides in the Houston Metro area with his wife and two children.
